We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders, ensuring you receive your items quickly and conveniently. All orders are insured. Our packages require a signature upon delivery. In the event that no one is available to sign for your parcel, delivery will be reattempted or your order will be held at the nearest designated facility. You can retrieve it by presenting photo identification.

We entrust your deliveries to reputable couriers known for their reliability. As a result, we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as 'delivered' by our trusted carriers. Please keep in mind that once your order is in transit, we regret that we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the date you received your order. We offer complimentary express shipping on returns. No shipping costs, duties or taxes will be refunded on a return.

Returns will be processed by our Quality Control department. We cannot process returns on pieces that have been customized, worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns must be sent with our courier services, as arranged by Sophie Zamel. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any pieces that do not meet the above requirements according to our sole discretion.

Please email concierge@sophiezamel.com for instructions on creating a return and printing a shipping label. Please note that your return request will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Credit card refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.

Our standard practice is to dispatch orders on the same day they are received, but we kindly request that you allow for a processing time of up to 3 business days.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 60 minutes of your order being placed. Please contact us at concierge@sophiezamel.com to notify us of your cancellation request.

Our jewelry is backed by a 6-month warranty that exclusively addresses damage resulting from manufacturing defects. Should a break occur due to regular wear and tear, a repair fee will apply, the exact cost of which will be determined upon assessment.

It's essential to note that over time, all metals may tarnish. However, this natural process can be accelerated when jewelry comes into contact with substances like perfume, salty air, sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, perspiration, or acidic skin pH. Please be aware that our warranty does not cover tarnishing. Repairs or alterations not conducted by our team will nullify the voluntary warranty.

To ensure your jewelry maintains its beauty for years, it's important to care for it properly. We suggest the following guidelines to maintain the luster of your jewelry:

1. Avoid exposure to household bleach and other cleaning products.

2. Refrain from wearing your jewelry in chlorinated pools, hot tubs, and limit contact with fragrances and cosmetics.

3. We recommend storing your jewelry in the provided packaging.

When it comes to cleaning your jewelry, please follow these steps:

1. Place your jewelry in a high-quality gold jewelry cleaning solution.

2. After soaking for approximately 2 minutes, carefully remove your jewelry from the solution using tweezers.

3. Gently clean behind the settings and in between any crevices with a soft bristle brush to remove any debris.

4. Finally, rinse your jewelry, blot it dry, and polish it using a quality polishing cloth.
